Daily activities

As a Talent Attraction Trainee, you will be a part of  the team which is responsible for attracting, acquiring and hiring the best IT talents on the local market. We are looking for a person, who will contribute to the recruitment process and support Talent Attraction Team in back and front office activities.

Some of your daily tasks will include:

• entering data and proceeding candidates in OurTalent Management tool
• acting as a point of contact for candidates
• conducting phone screenings 
• correspondence management related to recruitment
• close cooperation with Tapent Attraction Partners in processing candidates
• ensuring the quality of HR data

We work with:

• MS Office, MS Teams
• OurTalent – Taleo Management Tool

Our expectations:

• Active student status (Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology and other related)
• Fluent communication in English
• Familiarity with MS Office Tools
• Orientation to detail
• Customer Focus
• Team-player
