About the project

As a TC Communication Team Support, you will be a part of the team which is responsible for employee engagement activities (e.g. events, CSR, well-being). We are looking for a person, who will actively and creatively contribute to projects owned by the TC Office Team.

Responsibilities 

• Operational support of internal events and projects
• Supporting internal communication channels
• Desk researching connected to TC OfficeTeam projects
• Running small employee engagement projects
• Collecting internal projects documentation

Requirements

• Active student status
• Fluent communication in English (spoken and written)
• Very good working knowledge of MS Office 365 tools
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including relationship-building abilities
• Good organization of work
• Nice to have: experience in the creative process (e.g. Design Thinking) and photography
