• Work in MTB team as business support SME and ensure the stability of MI production systems
• 3rd line Business Application Support on analysis of business queries and incidents on internally developed applications
• Gain the operations knowledge of Global MI applications to be able to diagnose & address application, systems and database issues
• Closely liaise with production and various platform services team. Examine potential areas for functional Improvement and raise proposals
• Provide functional leadership and priorities of the MTB Support team's work load
• Interact with internal teams and product SME to trouble shoot and resolve business incidents within required SLA
• Involve in the prioritization of prioritization of bug fixes and regression testing coordination with business and require IT stakeholders
• Follow appropriate departmental and company procedures and policies (i.e. change control, security and auditing, release, configuration, problem and incident management).
• Maintain good working relationships with internal departments and stakeholders across IT Teams

• Ensure incidents and problems are up-to-date
• Ensure all required functional documentation is up-to-date
• Contribute to management reports, as required

• Strong analytical skills. Understand business logic of our in-house Liquidity Risk Reporting solutions to help answer functional queries by analyzing, diagnosing, and then either solving or referring the problem.
• Good experience in writing SQL queries for investigation of issues/user queries
• Perform data analysis to support validation of requirements and develop prototype of functional solutions
• Provide support and analysis for various business Incidents. Working as part of a team to facilitate initiatives and continuously improve our application and service offering.
• Liaising with support and internal stakeholders as necessary to fulfil service requests, resolve incidents and manage problem resolution
• Assume ownership and accountability for the assigned deliverables through all phases of the development lifecycle. You are able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
• Fluent communication skill in English, both written and oral are required
