Radio Frequency (RF) Development Unit’s (DU) Radio Release Delivery Team is looking for motivated experienced SW program management professional for position of RF SW Maintenance Program Manager.

RF SW maintenance program manager responsibilities:

• Maintenance Program Manager leads the software maintenance across RF software R&D units, co-operating with HW maintenance & related SW project managers. He/she contributes to maintenance related processes. Leads task forces related to critical customer cases and contributes to SW aspects of supply chain.
• Accountable for RF SW deliveries towards Base Station System level maintenance program, related program planning and execution: Change management, Risk management and opportunities, Fault management, Quality management, Cost management, Entity verification, Communication and Rollout support
• Single point of contact for SW aspects of RF products in maintenance phase
• Accountable for customer related escalations/customer cases
• Representing customer view in relation to root cause analyses and quality improvements ensuring appropriate corrective & preventative actions are defined & implemented

Requirements:

• Project/ Program management experience in SW development/maintenance domain
• Excellent Project/Program management and communication skills
• Excellent leadership, collaboration and decision-making skills
• Embedded architecture knowledge
• Excellent written and oral communication in English
