About the project

Global R&D Laboratories organization is looking for Lab Support, Working Student for Laboratory Operations team in Wroclaw. As a Lab Support, you will be executing and coordinating activities in the areas of Laboratory Logistics and closely cooperating with the local and global lab teams from 16 locations. 

Responsibilities

• inventory for common assets
• storage management
• shipping and receiving deliveries
• direct cooperation with internal customers
• implementing improvements

Requirements 

• active student's status
• ability to cooperate closely with external suppliers and sub-contractors
• work organization skills
• willingness to promote a certain level of work standards (e.g. documentation)
• ability to learn quickly
• ability to work independently and under time pressure
• good communication skills and ability to maintain high standards in challenging situations
• disciplined and focused on details
• problem-solving mind
• initiative-orientated person
• familiar with Microsoft Office 
• good communication in English (both written and spoken)
• experience with Agile Service Delivery or ITIL will be an advantage
