About the project

We are looking for motivated person for Tribe Quality Manager position. We as an organization we are responsible for specifying, designing, implementing, testing and maintaining Control Plane software for LTE and 5G Technology. We are divided into self-organizing teams, foster Agile environment, using mainly C++ on higher levels of abstraction. We are also responsible for our products’ integration throughout the whole product life cycle, which is performed in the automated Continuous Integration environment.

Responsibilities 

• Responsible for quality assurance and control at Tribe and Plane level
• Responsible for Tribe / Plane Level quality reviews,
• Defines and tracks quality KPIs and goals,
• Integrates Quality into MN Tribe Programs & Culture,
• Promotes best practice sharing across tribe and squads, contributes to best practice pool of knowledge,
• Seizes & Acts on Continuous Improvements Framework, collaborates with the Change Leader in that matter
• Drive Quality culture and mindset in the Tribe,
• Responsible for checking process adherence within Tribe and Plane level,
• Prepare prediction models based on historical data and Program Roadmap
• Analyze metrics to identify areas requiring attention/RCA
• Represents Tribe at internal and external Quality audits
• Participates in the BU/DU Quality Guild and drives relevant cross-tribe quality initiatives as agreed in the Quality Guild
• Responsible for formal Grading of respective 5Why Analysis and supports the RCA/EDA Practice Manager where requested in effective implementation of RCA/EDA practice
