Onsite Technician

Your Tasks
- Providing On Site 2nd line support for an international customer
- Installing, upgrading, supporting and troubleshooting End User Workspace Hardware
- Troubleshooting and configuring of Microsoft Windows / Mac Environment, Network and authorized desktop software / applications
- Being in charge of local IT inventory, CMDB, Stock
- Working closely with the Service desk team
- Maintaining positive relations with our end-users
Our Requirements
- Very good Polish and English knowledge
- Good Knowledge on end user hardware – Laptops, Mobile Devices, Phones, Printers, Scanners, Meeting room equipment
- Basic knowledge on handing Network Switches, patch panel, Server rack, Routers, Access Points, ISP devices
- Problem - solving orientation and ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues at all levels in the organization
- Would be an asset:
- Previous experience in the delivery of IT support services, ideally as an IT Technical Engineer/Technician
