About the project

Product Provisioning Specialist works as part of the Product Program / assists the Product Manager acting as the voice of the customer to communicate the customer's requirements and the requirements coming from the entity strategies and plans.

Responsibilities

• implementation/maintenance of tools
• automation of building tools
• tool integration into system landscape
• tools development supporting work of developers (design and implementation)
• problems investigation and root cause analysis
• follow defined work processes and procedures and deliver Product Structure Management contribution to the product lifecycle process to reach process milestones on time and ensure highest quality
• lead regular product provisioning meetings
• manage and conduct necessary changes to basic data objects in product data management tools
• ensure the provisioning and distribution of product data along a distributed system landscape
• work constantly on process improvements 
• keep all parties involved and proactively share information on the status changes in the area of product data

Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science or Software Technology or equivalent education
• basic programming skills
• basic understanding of product data management and its role in sales, delivery and care processes
• good communication in English (both written and spoken)
• project management experience will be an advantage
• knowledge of PDM, ERP and CPQ systems will be an advantage
