Customer Service Specialist with German (Senior Process Executive)
Wrocław
Summary
You will be responsible for informing our customers about planned software release, through direct contact with over the phone and electronic means and updating/maintaining data in our internal systems. You will be accountable for maintaining up-to-date account information and ensuring data quality.
Responsibilities
The main activities in the position of Customer Service involve:
- Researching and updating customer information
- Direct courtesy contact with salesforce customers, over the phone and emails/cases (outbound calls)
- Maintaining accurate data of completed customer calls
- Working on ad-hoc data quality projects
- Taking part in other projects or completing tasks assigned by the leadership team
You have
- Minimum BA degree
- English and German Language (min. B2 Level)
- Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated willingness to work with customers
- Proficient user of the MS Office package, Google sheets
