About the project

We are looking for a motivated student to join the Global R&D laboratories organization as Lab Administrator in our Wroclaw R&D Laboratory. Your role will be executing and coordinating activities in the areas of Laboratory Infrastructure and Logistics. As a Lab Administrator trainee, you will be working closely with local and global laboratory teams from 16 locations around the world.

Responsibilities 

• taking care of technical and engineering issues inside the laboratory
• inventory for common assets, storage management
• simple electric and logical installation
• electronics and electrical devices repairing
• internal technical documentation updating
• acting as a liaison between the internal teams and the external subcontractors or vendors
• soldering works
• inventory for common assets
• shipping and receiving deliveries

Requirements

• active student's status of Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science or Software Technology or equivalent technical education
• disciplined and focused on details
• problem-solving mind
• initiative-orientated person
• good communication skills and ability to maintain high standards in challenging situations
• willingness to promote a certain level of work standards (e.g. documentation)
• know how to read electrical and electronic diagrams
• ability to diagnose and service electronics and electrical devices at a basic level
• familiar with Microsoft Office 
• good soldering skills (THT/SMD)
• SEP certificate cat. E1 (is an advantage)
• good communication in English (both written and spoken)
• experience with Agile Service Delivery or ITIL will be an advantage
