YOUR TASKS
- Monitoring and closing incidents in the ticketing system
- Contacting with customer via phone or e-mail
- Active contacting and troubleshooting with our engineers (technical support)
- Monitoring the correct timelines (SLA) and ticket flow
- Maintaining positive relations with our corporate customers
OUR REQUIREMENTS
- Good English
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes
- Communication with customer skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Openness to learn new skills – technical vocabulary and issues from hardware area
