• Being a technical mentor for the hardware diagnosing team in priting area teams for UK and France which are based in Poland
• Monitoring of less experienced team members
• Handling contact with English speaking customers

• Good communication and soft skills
• Detailed troubleshooting skills on HP printers
• Ability to train forward on an individual basis
• Excellent English language skills
