REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain Management or equal
• General understanding of Sourcing Operations and Tactical Buying processes
• Minimum 4 years experience in indirect procurement in an international (corporate) environment
• Experience in review, negotiation, and execution of contracts with vendors.
• Experienced in conducting tenders (RFI, RFP, RFQ)
• Specific know-how in sourcing Market Data Services or IT End User Services or Human Resource or Real Estate & Facility Management or Marketing and understanding of Exchange and Vendor Index Services preferred.
• Open mind and customer-service orientation
• Strong project management experience
• High attention to details
• Experience in working with market leading sourcing tools/systems would be a plus
• Excellent English (native or C1) written and verbal communication skills. Any additional language considered a plus

TASKS:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal, client and supplier stakeholders
• Lead, prepare and execute the RF(x) processes
• Sourcing of indirect spend category Market Data Services or IT End User Services or Human Resource or Real Estate & Facility Management or Marketing globally
• Conduct market tenders and managing the evaluation across cross-functional teams to determine selected suppliers
• Support analysis of proposals and producing recommendations
• Negotiate deals to achieve optimal commercial, specification, compliance and contractual outcomes
• Draft contracts based on standard terms and conditions
• Identify ways to improve related business-as-usual processes
• Day-to-day operational process management and support of relevant operational and P2P processes to ensure accurate and timely ordering and receipt of goods and services
