To ensure that the Technology group processes are compliant with the relevant industry standards and regulations and can meet client expectations.
Technology Compliance Manager
Location: dolnośląskie / Wrocław
Job description
- Work with function Heads within the Technology group to ensure compliance in all processes.
- Ensure that all processes within the Technology team are compliant with regulations (e.g. GDPR, 21 CFR Part 11)
- Ensure that all processes required to maintain ISO27001 information security certification and standards are maintained.
- Ensure the timely and complete response to Client questionnaires/audits requested of the Technology team.
Requirements
- Understanding of best practice information security standards and certifications (e.g. ISO/IEC 27001, NIST and SOC2)
- Experience in authoring, maintaining, and ensuring compliance to standard operating procedures relating to information security.
- Experience in scheduling and coordination of all ongoing review processes, activities and meetings required to adhere to relevant security standards.
- Experience in supporting external audits required to maintain ISO27001 certification.
- Ability to engage with senior leaders within IT.
- Good organisational skills a must.
- Client facing experience desirable.
