IPR Accelerator AS (IPRA), unlike a majority of contemporary companies, possesses its own inventions and corresponding patents by dedicated teams of engineers for diverse industries. All will be vested into separate limited companies, wherein each company will wholly own its technology from IPRA and will also be responsible for finalizing each project with 100% help of the founders, taking each project from a stage of redesigning, testing, mass production to world-wide sale execution. Many of these high-tech inventions have been reduced to practice, namely have been made and tested.

IPRA is looking for senior engineers with qualifications as listed below, with hallmark of being innovators and creative, eager to participate in an otherwise unusually exciting journey, to realize total new products through all development phases, to create, design and mass produce products, enabling us to present finished products at trade fairs for the mass market.
