Requirements:

• 4-6 years' experience in FP&A positions in the manufacturing industry, experience in the electronic or semiconductor industry will be an asset
• Financial planning and production cost modeling experience
• IT affinity: good command of MS Office Tools (esp. MS Excel) and experience with BI/ Data Warehouses required
• Fluent English skills necessary: additionally Mandarin would be an advantage, but not hard requirement
• Business related degree

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for performance review process with regard to the site Wroclaw including reporting, analysis and follow up of actions
• Financial planning: budgeting and quarterly forecasting
• Support departments' KPI setup and drive cost behavior to achieve target
• Running financial and non-financial improvement projects
• Close aligment with the Financial Controller of the site Wroclaw in solving operational and financial issues if needed
• Business Partner role (scorekeeping, advising, challenging) to the Site Wroclaw General Manager and the VP Finance EMEA AFG/ USI
• General supervision over the capital investment (Capex) process: tracking, business case preparation, communication and alignment
• Ad hoc site project support
