Job Responsibilities:
  • According to the operation management objectives, identify data monitoring points and continuously improve the monitoring plan
  • Monitor the operation process data, identify and proactively warn of operational risks, and follow up with the operation department to avoid them in advance
  • Monitor key operational results, locate qualitative operational problems, and promote and track closed-loop improvement of responsible departments
  • Promote the onlineization and standardization of operation monitoring, continuously iterate operation monitoring tools and methods, and improve the efficiency of operation monitoring
  • Collect and analyze regional warehouse data monitoring requirements, develop monitoring reports and standardize promotion
  • Collect and mine operational quality improvement opportunities, and provide professional improvement suggestions and solutions
Job requirements:
  • Bachelor degree or above, logistics management, statistics and other related majors are preferred
  • 3~5 years of relevant work experience in quality management, quality control, etc., familiar with business pain point mining, solution provision, etc. is preferred
  • Proficient in office software (WPS, EXCEL, PPT), SQL and other data analysis tools, and master data display skills
  • Logical ability, communication ability, data analysis ability, project promotion ability, training and teaching ability
